Ashleigh

My name is Ashleigh, a cheerful educator and artist with Ghanaian and Panamanian roots, based in New York City.

I hold a BA in Communications from SUNY New Paltz and an MA in Acting from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama in the UK. My passion for education and art began in my teenage years, when I worked as an apprentice for mentors and volunteered for literacy, ELA, and tutoring programs.

With over ten years of teaching experience in diverse settings-including private and public schools, transitional homes, conservatories, preschools, and after-school programs around the world. Recently I enjoyed instructing various English levels in Tehuacan, Mexico, where I immersed into the Spanish language.

I am thrilled, now to become a part of the BGC team and join Budapest’s vibrant community!
