Our program has been successfully improving since 2010 and was honored with the European Language Award in 2014. It operates in 7 public educational institutions and, in these institutions, we provide the BGC English Program for the English language development of over 750 children daily, using our own developed teaching materials.

As European partners of World Youth Clubs, we are committed to unfolding the English language competencies of children.

We are currently seeking a new team member to join our continuously expanding professional team as the Head of the BGC English Preschool and School Program. If you are dedicated to our cause, we welcome your application.

In addition to working independently, you will be responsible for:

Supervising the professional and operational management of the BGC English Preschool and School Program:
- Preparation of the overall annual work plan, monitoring of the plans prepared by the professional coordinators for each area and institution
- Day-to-day management of the School and Preschool Professional Coordinators, clear expectations and feedback to the team
- Supervision of the quality implementation of the BGC English Preschool and School Programme
- Assessing teacher and parent feedback, suggesting changes for greater parent satisfaction
- Supervise parent meetings
- Participation on an ad hoc basis in thematic events and open days
Developing and training a team of native English teachers:
- Active involvement in recruiting new teachers, interviewing candidates and allocating them between programmes
- Supervising the professional development of teachers
- Supervising the onboarding plan for new teachers.
- Development and implementation of a teacher performance appraisal system
Developing good practices and improving the professional quality of the programme:
- Participation in curriculum development, under the supervision of the Director of Growth
- Improving the professional level of the programme, developing new ideas and structures
- Development and monitoring of internal language measurements
- Participation in external professional events.
- Supporting corporate efforts.
- Supporting the company’s marketing and recruitment activities
Your innovative approach and your previous experience as a manager are also valuable to us!

We are looking for candidates who:
- Have several years of work experience in the education sector.
- Hold a university degree and have a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience, leading teams of more than 5 people.
- Are fluent in English (C1 level).
- Are committed to language acquisition as a learning method.
- Possess high levels of cooperation, networking, and problem-solving skills to effectively carry out daily tasks.
- Enjoy working independently but can also unleash their skills as part of a team.
- Demonstrate proactivity and a solution-oriented mindset in all situations.
- Can work planned and organized thanks to their good organizational and time management skills.
- Identify the essence of tasks and can prioritize effectively.
- Have excellent writing skills in both Hungarian and English.
